Kimberly Dozier thanks military

It is nice and appropriate for wounded CBS journalist Kim Dozier to thank those who cared for her. Iraq is the deadliest place in the world for journalists. The Commander-in-Chief still thinks the United States can win in Iraq. In October Bush claimed "are are winning". Now he says he meant "we can win". Secretary of State Rice says Iraq is "worth the investment" of American lives and treasure if it becomes the cornerstone of a new Middle East. Say what?

Condi and George need to get real. How many more journalists, soldiers, and civilians are going to perish in this "worthwhile" war? 4 more American troops were killed in Anbar province today. Kim Dozier's entire crew was wiped out. If the medical personnel in the military care so much about saving human life they should begin to resign from the institution that is George W. Bush's instrument of death and destruction. Stopping the war now will save more lives than any number of well trained military trauma teams and rehabilitation programs.
